GAP_NOISE aimed at overcoming current limitations in the knowledge and technical experience in the engineering field of electric motors, modelling methods, control strategies, in addition to the recognized interaction between perceived sound quality and vibration. GAP_NOISE will develop a strong community of scientists and engineers capable of boosting the acoustic integration of autonomous vehicles in future urban areas by considering the needs of vulnerable road users and passengers.
