Due to the current situation around the COVID-19 virus, as well as the restrictive measures that are currently still in place in most countries and the uncertain whether they will have been lifted by November this year, EARPA has decided to switch and organize the 3rd edition of the FORM Forum by EARPA (the association of automotive R&D organisations!) as an ONLINE Conference!
We are busy doing research for a platform and his possibilities, so later we will inform you about the online exhibition.
We will connect virtually of the FORM Forum 2021 also for the exhibition. On the exhibition with professionals from industry, research and government for a productive and rewarding exchange of insights, experiences, achievements and perspectives on current and future developments in the European road mobility and automotive arena.
An important feature of FORM Forum 2021 is an exhibition in which we would like to show the full spectrum of our member organisation activities, not only to our own EARPA community, but also to stakeholders from industry, OEM’s and representatives from governments.
EARPA invites you to be present and visible with an inspiring booth, including hardware at the exhibition floor to show recent research, equipment, products, software and services to our FORM Forum participants. During this edition we try to create a Good balance between smaller and bigger contributions and we are working on a possible VR ‘paviljoen’ in the Aquarium. Ideas and/or contributions are very welcome!
Lower TRL results and ideas, which are an inspiration for solving future road mobility needs and will be seen as a motivator for a sustainable growth of the automotive industry through research, are requested. Hardware supporting the innovations and developments demonstrated would be highly appreciated.
Please note that participation within the exhibition is exclusively for EARPA members.
The conference program and exhibition layout have been structured to maximize the opportunity for our participants to visit the technical exhibition. The exhibition floor is located next to the entrance of the plenary room. Coffee breaks and the lunch during the FORM Forum Conference, as well as the networking reception on the 13th October are situated at the exhibition floor to facilitate interaction between our participants and exhibitors. The exhibition floorplan for the FORM Forum and list of all our exhibitors will be available as soon as possible.Exhibitors
A list with all the exhibitors information and showcases will be available as soon as possible.
