Travel and stay

Hotel accommodation

Through our official housing partner ( Brussels Booking Desk) we offer FORM Forum delegates the possibility to make hotel reservations at a reduced rate for their stay during FORM Forum 2021.
Reservations can be made via the reservation link
Special rates are available for reservations made before Friday 11 September 2021.

Please note: the Brussels Booking Desk is the only official housing company associated with EARPA. While other hotel resellers may contact you to offer accommodation for your trip, they are not endorsed by, or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

Low Emissions Zone

Please be informed that as from 1 October 2018 if your vehicle does not have a Belgian license plate, you will need to register it before driving to Brussels. This is linked to introduction of a Low Emissions Zone in the entire Brussels Region.

All vehicles entering the Brussels Region low emission zone without being registered in advance may receive a fine of €150 (even if the vehicle meets the entry criteria for the low emission zone). Any transfer of incorrect information during the registration request is liable to a fine of 25 euros. The registration is valid for 3 years as long as the  information regarding the vehicle do not change. The registration request is free of charge and must be completed via an online form available here:

In 2018, the only vehicles which will not be allowed to drive in Brussels are EURO 1-standard diesel vehicles or vehicles without a EURO standard (pre-Euro standards).  More information on the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) can be found here:
